About three and a half hours of lectures , demonstrations and 3D modeling of the human skeleton, as applied to yoga practice. The focus is on the comparative anatomy of the skeleton: understanding the structure of the musculoskeletal system, the difference in the shape and size of bones from person to person, allows us to use this knowledge to better understand our individual practice of yoga.

Paul Grilli explains the basic anatomical concepts - compression, stretching, proportions and orientation with a visual demonstration on the students. These concepts help to understand why no person will ever be able to perform the yoga postures in exactly the same way as the other. Paul demonstrates how excessive diligence can become a problem, if based on misconceptions about yoga.
