Lang Lang - Lang Lang at Royal Albert Hall (2020) (Hi-Res)

Lang Lang will return to the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday 17 April for an extraordinary one-off concert for children and young people.

This pop-star of the classical world has been inspiring Royal Albert Hall audiences since 22 August 2001 – his first concert at the BBC Proms. Appearing with the St Petersburg Philharmonic, conducted by Yuri Temirkanov, Lang Lang performed Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3 in D Minor.

Since this performance he has appeared at the Hall 19 times, including five more Proms appearances and both the First (2003) and Last Night of the Proms (2011).
