Frank Turner – Positive Songs For Negative People (10Th Anniversary Edition) (2025)

Positive Songs for Negative People is Frank Turner's sixth studio album, released in 2015 on Interscope Records. Featuring the single, "The Next Storm," it was made with his trusted backing band, the Sleeping Souls, and produced by Butch Walker in Nashville. "I feel like this record is my definitive statement, a summation of the first five records," says Turner. 10th Anniversary Edition 2LP pressed on blue and red vinyl, mastered and cut by Frank Arkwright at Abbey Road Studios. The original album is accompanied by a second LP containing the `Mittens EP' featuring B-sides and the previously unreleased `Hamburg Demos.' This expanded reissue is packaged within an O-Card in a striking metallic effect gatefold jacket. A 4-page insert contains lyrics and new liner notes by Frank, reflecting on the time around the creation of this album. The original album was recorded at Taxidermy Studios, while the demos were recorded at Wilhem Rock in Hamburg, Germany. Limited Edition.
