This release features a broadcast recording of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds performing at the Bizarre Festival in Germany on August 17, 1996. The concert occurred during the band's commercial peak, driven by the success of the Murder Ballads album and the hit single "Where The Wild Roses Grow" featuring Kylie Minogue. The setlist combined the dark aesthetic of the new album with classic hits from the band's catalog. The performance culminated in a rendition of "Henry Lee" featuring PJ Harvey.
