One-off looking at a psychological condition, Impulse Control Disorder (ICD), which is characterised by the urge to give into a desire and repeat a behaviour. The programme hears from four women who suffer with ICD - Kim, who cannot stop stealing, Crystal, who has to have sex every day, Hayley, who is gambling away her family's fortune, and Kezia, who spends thousands of pounds on clothes. The condition presents risks such as bankruptcy, attack, broken relationships and imprisonment, and neuroscientists are investigating whether there is something different about the brains of those with ICD.
