Part 1
The first edition features 22-year-old Lily Gray from Fulham, who is looking to make her first step on the property ladder. In central London, estate agent Tony Brown is trying to sell a tiny flat with a cupboard-sized kitchen for seven figures, and a couple search for a million pound castle they can refurbish to their tastes in Scotland.

Part 2
Twenty two-year-old Lily goes house hunting with a million-pound trust fund, and the owner of an ex-council flat in Chelsea dreams of a seven-figure sale. Plus, a B&B on the Isle of Wight, the Enchanted Manor, cannot find a buyer, despite being on the market since 2008.
