Like the legends they are, Anthrax were more than up for the task. For All Kings delivers the thrash that they are known for, but also sees them explore other sonic pathways without losing touch with their core sound. After an opening interlude, the proceedings get under way with "You Gotta Believe." It's a strong opener with great lead guitar work from Jon Donais on his first Anthrax studio album, blending seamlessly with fellow axeman Scott Ian. Like most songs on the album, it has a lot of depth and diversity that includes a lengthy instrumental break that mellows things out for a while before kicking back in.
Intruder - Psycho Savant (1991) (FLAC)
Released: 1991 | Track: 8 | FLAC | Time: 00:54:17 | Label: Metal Blade Records | 3% Recovery Added | 395 MB
Genre: Thrash Metal
Intruder is an under-appreciated thrash act that despite being signed to Metal Blade Records probably escaped the attention of many thrashers because they were located in Nashville, TN instead of the Bay Area. They were obviously heavily influenced by Anthrax. "Psycho Savant" is full of well-written songs with great riffs, effective transitions, and commanding solos that are important parts of the song.

Genre: Hard Rock
This 1993 self-titled album was the only release from hard-rockers Fear Not. The band, who was lucky enough to score a production job by the Elefante brothers, had a hard rock sound that was somewhere between Mr. Big and early Skid Row, sort of like a harder rocking Guardian.

A celebrated jazz clarinetist in the 1950s, Tony Scott started collaborating with Japanese artists on a trip he made to the country in 1959. He returned in 1964 to teach classes in American jazz and ended up collaborating with koto player Shinichi Yuize and shakuhachi flute player Hozan Yamamoto on a dozen improvised collaborations.
